@ekiledjian The app is exactly the same – only change is that it's now published under Malwarebytes. You can already configure custom DNS (including Quad9 or 1.1.1.1) on mobile and MacOS apps. We only support ips for now, so things like DNS over HTTPS or using urls instead aren't supported
