سيدة خمسينية ♀️ كانت تعاني نزفاً متكرراً 🩸 وآلاماً مزمنة بالحوض نتيجة تليفات رحمية، سبّبت لها فقر دم واعتماداً دائماً على المسكنات والحديد 💊.
أُجريَت لها قسطرة رحمية بالأشعة التداخلية 🩻 عبر الشريان الكعبري في الذراع، فتوقف النزيف كلياً وضمُر التليف "بفضل الله".
غادرت المستشفى 🏥 في اليوم التالي بصحة جيدة وتوقفت عن جميع الأدوية.
تُجرى قسطرة الرحم تحت تخدير جزئي💉، دون شق جراحي أو ندب🩹، مع الحفاظ على الرحم كاملاً ولا تتطلب بقاءً طويلاً في المستشفى⚕️.

الصور تُظهر استجابة تليفات الرحم للعلاج قبل وبعد اجراء القسطرة.
