Start marketing before you finish building.

Don't disappear for weeks and come back with:
"🚀 We're live!"

Instead:

Week 1: Talk about the problem
Week 2: Share what you're learning
Week 3: Show what you're building
Week 4: Ask for feedback
Week 5: Give early access

By launch day, people already know what you're building.

Build the audience while you build the product.
