Jürgen Klopp on why he accepted the Germany job after saying he had run out of energy at Liverpool:

“I never ran out of football I ran out of energy for that job. Liverpool demanded absolutely everything from me every single day for nearly nine years. At some point, your body and your mind tell you it’s time to stop.

Managing Germany is completely different. You’re not fighting every three days, you’re not living at the training ground, and you’re not carrying the weight of an entire club every single morning.
