@andy09037721425@ANI You're spreading outright misinformation.
To begin with, no Buddhist child attends a #Rohingya school in #Myanmar. Even if one did, no Rohingya teacher ever forced a Buddhist student to read Islamic books or perform namaz. Stop fabricating stories and spreading false narratives.
@Muslim_ITCell The victim is Muslim and the accused are Hindu. That alone is enough to ensure they won't even face a so-called "half-encounter." I'm convinced that if the victim had been Hindu and the accused were Muslim, the police would have already killed them in an "encounter."
@TheBongHead As he tried to force @MahuaMoitra into the car, he placed his hand on her back. She immediately objected to that physical contact. Many women in her position would have found such conduct unacceptable and taken exception to it.
@TheMuslimMatter I am dead sure it was not beef or cow meat; it was most likely buffalo meat. In UP, where cow slaughter is prohibited, no Muslim family would risk serving beef at a wedding reception. Buffalo meat, however, is legally sold and consumed in the state and is commonly available.
@jawharsircar However, by analysing mainstream media reports, I am fairly certain that less than 2,000-2,500 Bangladeshi Muslims have actually returned over the past 4-5 days. Since Thursday, the daily number has dropped sharply to just 100-200, according to several media reports.
@KBanerjee_AITC The man asking Hindus not to sell cows for Eid sacrifices is himself a Muslim. He is neither a BJP supporter nor a Hindu.
Muslim groups across the state have launched a campaign appealing to community members not to buy cows from Hindus for sacrifice during Eid al-Adha.
@Bhadr_Alok@debnaihati1978@Kamru_Choudhury Some time ago, Muslim students at the school sought to celebrate Eid al-Milad al-Nabi. The school authorities denied the request and subsequently passed a resolution prohibiting all religious programmes on campus. As a result, Saraswati Puja was also not permitted there later.
I am sure the charges against the Muslim teachers will collapse under scrutiny; the beef conspiracy claim is implausible. But when their innocence is established, don’t expect @timesofindia to cover the news with anything close to the same fervour.
