@ChristianWifeMo It doesn't but it doesn't mean its wrong, we pray to Mary for her to intercede for us to his Son, the same way you ask a friend or family to pray for any cause. Protestant think pray is always worship but pray is just ask something
@orion8137244788@redeemed_zoomer@gavinortlund The council of Trent didn't excommunicate you or anybody, reforms were made even if they weren't the ones you like and anybody who doesn't like them could keep being excommunicated if you agree you can come back to the church.
@darlingstrawbie@thechosentv Before Jesus the Law of Moses was the way to reach salvation, after his sacrifice for all our sins he his the new Law. If you understand this then you must understand why us Catholics venerate Mary, like the old Arc of the Covenant carried the old law, Mary carried Jesus.

@Voyenik I understand, my priest always gives me a penance that makes me reflect in what I did and be grateful for the improvements I did since the previous confession.
