@neiljmcevoy @Cardiffbus What's unacceptable is people who can't discipline the kids because it's seen as abuse so those kids go and do what they want. Drivers shouldn't be put at risk because a few bratty kids think it's funny to throw rocks and vandalise busses.

@JonathanCarless @Cardiffbus Are bus drivers legally obligated to wait for late runners? Would you complain about a train closing its doors if you were running for it? If the answer is no to either the driver has done nothing wrong and your mother should have arrived at stop in a timely manner
