From what it looks like I will be playing live at H-Con this year. First time in .. years that i am on stage. For now it will be just me playing along to original songs. No singing (yet) because i am not ready for that just now, let alone playing guitar AND singing XD. However i am very much looking forward to this!
So InMusic is buying #NativeInstruments. Oh boy.. not gonna lie, as a big time NI user and owner of terrabytes of libraries and plugins, I am a teeny little nervous.
so.. after 13 years of thinking about how bad it would be if i accidentally dropped my keys into the elevator shaft.. i accidentally dropped my keys into the elevator shaft
Well.. the good news is that the 24V mod works fine with my Fishman Fluence pickups. The bad news: compared to the EMGs in my Schecter the Fismans need A LOT more energy. So the 24v mod that lasts me for 100+ hours for my EMGs only lasts for about 15-20 h for my Fishmans.. that.. sucks big time.
Finally arrived! Such a gamechanger for active pickups especially with extended range guitars (Strandberg Boden in that case) . No more internal pickup clipping! For my 9 string Schecter i was able to 3D print my own adapter since it only uses spring contacts instead of the clip-on cables that Strandberg uses.
@AethyrUlf@Sikkab Ya same here. but with the algorythm being your active enemy on pretty much any social media platform its pretty much pointless, no matter how good you are.
Is it just me or has social interaction changed quite dramatically in the past.. decade or two? I mean I sometimes find myself interacting with the younger part of the furry fandom only to find their social interactions to be completely alien at times. It's not the easy-going relaxed atmosphere I am used to. Sometimes I watch them interact with eachother and it looks.. strained, cautious, clumsy. I have a hard time wrapping my head around it. It feels thoroughly uncomfortable more often than not.
