@AlawiyahYussof Rafizi is qualified but is he winnable in the next GE. Or we will end up having to appoint somebody less competent now than the current pm for a few terms with damages completely done and even if rr is elected it can no more ne reversed

@AlawiyahYussof Of course there will always somebody who are better than someone in the eyes of everybody. But the question is he in the political arena and is he winnable with sufficient support to be appointed PM at this point other the choices you have now.

@yuveraaaj @alif_appm RR bukan disuruh tangkap mcm hal AB. So x bolehlah nk ckp mcm tu. Ada aduan terhadap RR kpd MACC yg disensasikan media esp sosial media. So MACC kena siasat lah klaw x mcm mana nk tutup laporan as NFA. Just procedure je kan.
Ramai politicians kena siasat sbb aduan end up NFA.

@oreo_koshka330 Masa tu macc, pdrm, n pelbagai agendi kerajaan digunakan sbg senjata politik oleh pemerintah waktu itu utk serang pembankang. Takkan tak lawan balik.
Now klw kita jadi kerajaan bijak ke bertindak kpd semua pegawai2 kerajaan itu balik. May be ratusan n ribuan yg terlibat

@HannZiq PTD dh ada bukti duit masuk akaun, shopping isteri etc. Kes dia kes criminal dan didakwa di mahkamah.
Kes azam baki kes polisi kerajaan sbb miliki saham lebih dari limit. Sbb itu dibuat mcm inquiry within kerajaan. Tapi klaw jumpa bukti jenayah boleh rehatkan

If ethics or policy breach then take action under that bukan hukum cara criminal.

@oreo_koshka330 The issue of pemilikan saham is not a criminal act. It is an issue of civil servant policy and there is already a policy, process and procedures to govern it. It is like a domestic inquiry whether berlaku pelanggaran policy gov wrt to civil servant or not.
