[What to expect from the reformation project]
CURRENT:
- The Warlord's Faction: They are stuck with a Napoleonic-era arsenal, with only one elite unit equipped with pre-collapse weapons. However, they have endless numbers of younger, less experienced troops.
- The Church Faction: (Ignoring the knights—I have other plans for those) They possess all the advanced technology from the pre-collapse era, but greatly lack manpower. The combat nuns operate more like a special forces unit.

NEW:
- Since Moosesians have been buffed to be tougher, slightly fewer of them will show up.
- Modernization attempts were only partial by the time of the collapse. The Warlord's faction will have more elite units introduced, and these will show up more commonly where appropriate (e.g., protecting trade caravans).
- Also, important individuals (e.g., generals, officers) and melee units will be issued a bulletproof cuirass.
