@AlaskaAir A refund on this flight then? Vouchers usually only last a few months and we may not be able to afford to come this way soon again from France. It’s a long way. Or perhaps an upgrade so we can sleep? Not in Petaluma very long so it’s very disappointing. Thanks for your help. C

@BTOpenreach1 my elderly parents in law have been without a phone now for nearly two weeks. What is wrong with your engineers that they cannot visit and fix this? Imperative for the elderly to be in contact.
