My #Hytale NPC editor will release tomorrow to celebrate the end of the modding contest
- Node-based behavior editing
- Robust autocompletion
- Model+Animation previews
- Inline documentation
And lots of focus on making a tool that feels good to use
Can’t wait for you to try it
@slikey Agreed! Outside having to decompile other mods for compat work, not having to decompile the server jar would take my average setup time for little over a minute to likely 10-20 seconds haha
Just updated https://t.co/IVxKxCe1U3 to support my new Hytale publishing plugin to make publishing releases to @modtalenet@CurseForge@modifold as easy as 1 task run!
Generator source found here: https://t.co/IablzqJ1oj
Plugin source here: https://t.co/5KQd0mRJpT
@slikey@Kaupenjoe Is the shared source only on github or will it be on the maven as well? Being able to cut out decompiling via vineflower in my plugin would be nice, even if locally for me its just under a minute to do so.
@Simon_Hypixel How many pre-releases are we expecting for Update 5? Trying to plan out a few new mods releases that the new pre-release changes to commands and custom huds greatly benefit my development time.
@Simon_Hypixel Looks like Modders Warning Section is missing the deprecation of HudManager#setCustomHud in favor of HudManager#addCustomHud which looks to have keys on huds now! RIP MultipleHud. Otherwise, enjoying the new section as this helps us prep for updates easier!

I will no longer be bothering with Geckolib moving forward.
I will be instead maintaining AzureLib, my custom fork of GL4. You can find this on my @CurseForge or @modrinth pages and I have released versions for 1.16.5, 1.18.2, and 1.19.2+ for Forge and Fabric!
