@colinabwallace@PierrePoilievre His whole platform was a list of constructive solutions. Trump's impact on Canada carried more weight as a campaign slogan. 10 years of liberal policy is why we're here. We've crushed growth and production through policy & virtue signaling. Enjoy your cognitive dissonance I guess
@cbcwatcher This is still just "the great reset". The middle class is being priced out of home ownership, vehicle ownership, plane travel, saving for retirement etc. In the end it will create a deeper reliance on the state for the majority of people. Under the guise of fake morality.
@nosoup4knowles This is why Joe is so popular tho. Not many people would deliberately bring someone like Douglas Murray on for a debate like this knowing the risk of getting called out. They would just avoid it all together.
@Can_Libertarian Yuuuuup, totally weird that a liberal party accused of collusion with China is following their lead in dealing with the US. And fucking Canadians are buying it as a good thing. We're doomed.
@iwanttotalk_now@ConceptualJames How is he using the govt to directly build homes? All I've heard is that he wants to reduce the red tape so home building can be more efficient. What definition of "woke" were you looking for?
@DavidSkadron@lexfridman If a bad idea is given a platform, a small subset who already knew the idea will agree. But a much larger majority will learn the idea, disagree, & maybe even rail against it. At least the idea is now debated in the light, instead of festering in the dark
@unusual_whales Looks like a usual strategy to make gains in the market. She said panicking is bad and then followed through on that by not panicking and buy the lows. You've been stretching to create a narrative lately.
@Cpt_RDubya @carswitsonduren @PierrePoilievre I like this idea of allowing us to have a "trust TFSA" for our kids that they assume in adulthood. Could be an excellent way to build generational wealth and sovereignty for your kids
@carswitsonduren This is great! The libs should have never pulled it back in 2016. It's a great vehicle for retirement savings and ultimately creating financial freedom. Especially when the unused limit rolls over for future savings.
@Katie___Simpson Trump is feigning respect for him because he knows Carney will fold and sell Canada out. Which makes sense because he's a globalist banker with zero loyalty to any specific country.
@ProfCaryCooper He's a greedy POS who only cares about Canada for convenience and extraction. He's going to extract as much wealth out of here as possible and then bounce back to his corporate offices in New York.
@bonewitz_SPBG@GuntherEagleman Finally! A well thought out reply stripped of nonsense. As a Canadian, I hope this happens as well. North America could and should be energy independent and that independence would lead to massive growth and hopefully a reduction in budgetary deficits in all three countries.
@GuntherEagleman Energy independence by using the Keystone XL pipeline to bring Canadian crude from Alberta to the US?? And I'm all for the pipeline by the way, I'd love it if Canada started selling more oil to the US.
