@guardianbikes I ordered a bike for my son on June 3rd with an expected ship date of 6/24-7/1. It’s now 7/1 and I’ve yet to receive any communication regarding the shipment of the bike that I ordered a month ago. At this rate summer will be over and my son won’t have his bike.

Hey @PointBroadband I’ve been without service since 6:00PM tonight. I called to talk to tech support at 6:47PM and was told I was third in line. It’s now 10:34PM and I still don’t have service and haven’t received a callback. What gives?
