I need an idea of when they will arrive or if we need to cancel the order!? Not great customer service we cannot actually speak to somebody!

@MartinSLewis We have our mortgage with Halifax, I’ve tried 3 times over last 2 weeks to apply for a mortgage payment holiday using their online form. Get submission confirmation ok, but no response, our payment was taken today! Can’t get through on the phone! What can we do??
