2 June 1916, Boy 1st Class John 'Jack' Cornwell of HMS Chester, died of wounds from Battle of Jutland in Grimsby Hospital. Amidst carnage, remained at gun awaiting orders. Posthumously awarded Victoria Cross. Aged 16, 3rd youngest British recipient. Photo probably a brother. #WW1
