Nationally 60,916 new cases & 830 deaths. Locally 119 notified cases takes us, maybe slightly higher than expected, to 955 cases in 7 days & 373.3 as 7 day rate.

I expect that to start to ease off now as Tier 4 effect kicks in & then in time the Lockdown.

Wednesday 30 December 2020. Covid Update. Sadly today we find ourselves in Tier 4 despite our falling rates. We must continue to do the right thing & drive rates down as that will help relieve pressure on the NHS. Our notified cases today were 88 which means a 7 day rate of 241.4
