I just heard a good analogy, "Youtube is like a vase that's falling and we're all hopeing someone will catch it."
People are voicing their opinions and you should too. Sign the petition and leave comments. Even if we lose the war...

Tweeted @Doritos three separate times for the in game items because my tweets were disappearing. I guess they keep deleting my tweets and I have no idea why. LOL
It's whatever.
Basically one or both of these things needs to happen...
- FTC better defines kids content in a very clearly understood way.
- YouTube abides to the clause within COPPA that states content made for general audiences/mixed audience is compliant by adding a third setting.
@Frakbox @YouTube@FTC It is, it really is. Hopefully these dinosaurs rework this settlement. But I honestly don't see it happening, they're going to try and sue as many as they can and squeeze every drop of money they can from this. #COPPA
@Frakbox @YouTube@FTC We're in the same boat. Unfortunately, I don't think the disclaimer will stop the FTC from deeming your video as "for kids". For including bright colors, including anything gaming or animation related or saying the word "duh". #COPPA
Makeup like the Crayola pallet and more will be deemed "for kids" and @JeffreeStar will be fined. Unless of course he makes it labeled for kids, in which case no revenue can be gained from said video and the video will be taken away from searches. Guess no adults like crayon #FTC
After thinking overnight there's another point that needs to made here. No one seems to be talking about what this is going to do outside of YouTube. Industries like makeup and gaming rely on YouTube reviews to boost sales. Channels like @AngryJoeShow and Jeffree Star etc. #COPPA

Too many people were getting rich from YouTube and doing the things they love. Not enough people breaking their back. Got to keep the poor poor. The new rules set by the #ftc are killing YouTube. I'm sad to say after 6 years of chasing our dream our channel is dead. Thanks #COPPA
