@BestBuy doesn’t care about anything they sell you. If you schedule a full delivery and install they will lie to you and reschedule in hopes you cancel the order. It’s to much work to provide good customer service.
@BestBuy maybe you should inform your customer when you are not going to deliver on time. It’s bad enough that a product that was twice confirmed to be in stock was still lost. So far I was lied to and even had a customer service guy named Anthony try the old bait and switch.
@BestBuy is the worst company on the planet. You order anything and schedule it only to wait all day to find out you have to reschedule it a week later all for not assigning you order to the install company.
