I placed an order for realme 8s 5g on 9th of October. My order reached my city on 11th of october. Initially it was untraceable. On 13th of october, after I called cutomer support, the order was traced to be in the hub nearest to me.

I have contacted customer support 10 times today and every time either they failed to provide a resolution or disconnected the call. Flipkart's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced despite being a loyal Flipkart Plus customer for more than 5 years.

I was promised the order would be delivered by 7 pm on 13th of october but it was not. Then I was informed through sms that delivery was delayed and order would be delivered either on 14th or 15th oct. It is 15th of october now and the order is not even out for delivery.
