@ECloskyWTSP There’s no denying his talent, I’m not calling that out. It’s time to act like a big leaguer and stop letting your teammates down. That is what he did today by being mentally lazy. In short: be better.
@ECloskyWTSP Fair enough. He’s had a number of mental blunders like that this year. Also, when you’re a professional athlete playing your sport while sucking on a lollipop, it’s really somewhat arrogant and gives off an aura like you’re bigger than the game.
@TBTimes_Rays Must have been gagging on that lollipop. No arguing Junior’s talent, but it’s time to start acting like a big leaguer. Yes he went 3 for 3 today, but somehow still came out looking like a clown. Joe would have pulled him from today’s game (like he did to BJ for not running)
@TampaSportsGirl Yes, and sucking on a lolly while playing 3rd base. Joe would have never put up with this garbage. Love the player, but should watch a game or 2 from the bench.
@ECloskyWTSP It was mentally and physically lazy. And a lollipop hanging out of his mouth while playing 3rd? That’s ok with you too I guess @ECloskyWTSP . You’re such a Rays apologist.
@ECloskyWTSP I’m sorry. This is inexcusable. First he’s playing 3rd with a lollipop in his mouth and then is completely lazy (mentally and physically) on the base path. 0 excuses for that.
Maddon would bench BJ for less. It’s embarrassing Cash didn’t pull him.
@B_Inacio_@BoltsJolts@nhl_review The Covid experience by definition makes it the most difficult Cup ever won. Away from family and home for months. Show me a path that was more challenging than that.
@ECloskyWTSP He refused to take a walk today..very frustrating. The last AB was tough since blue screwed him on the strike 2 call, but he needs to be better with RISP.
