This morning marked a big milestone for the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 [@hcdd_1] as they celebrated the ribbon cutting of their new training facility in Edinburg, TX.

This new space reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence, workforce development, and long-term service to the community.

B2Z Engineering provided Construction Management, Inspection, and Construction Materials Testing services for this 8,000 SF facility, supporting quality and compliance throughout every phase of construction.

We also recognize the leadership of the Board of Directors, whose vision and guidance played an important role in bringing this project forward.

Supporting every phase, our Construction Materials Testing Laboratory ensured materials met strict quality standards, demonstrating the strength of our integrated, multi-disciplinary approach.

Together, these projects highlight the power of collaboration, coordination, and comprehensive engineering solutions, delivering long-term value to the communities we serve.

These initiatives reflect the leadership and vision of Hidalgo County Precinct 2 Commissioner Eduardo “Eddie” Cantu [@EddieCantuPct2], whose ability to bring agencies, teams, and resources together continues to drive meaningful, quality-of-life improvements for the community.
