@gasiousmaximus @marcus_walters @smcroasters It was protected speech, and the arrest should not have happened. This has been my point. He did yell it, but then Portnoy continued to engage. By the end of the video, multiple people were yelling "Fuck You!"
Only the kid got arrested.
