#OUB329 Wk15 has been a developing week. Looking at the two forms of #Resistance#Overt and #Covert. The 4 faces of power and resistance. Importantly how leadership of resistance can bring about positive change.
#OUB329 Wk14 is the Leadership challenge. I am looking forward to working with other students to get their opinions on issues which may be different to my own. Then coming together to address the challenges.

#OUB329 Wk11 I feel that #Conflict will always occur in any environment, as there will be at least someone who has a different view to your own. Especially if the decision turns out to be the wrong one. Leaders should bring different interests together for society to move forward
#OUB329 Wk10 As the internet is our new way of life, it is important to think of how leaders can adapt to the #networked world. Many people can hide behind a mask and influence a number of people or create conflict. It is important for a leader to understand these challenges
#OUB329 Wk9 Made me understand the importance of #collaboration and how it aids you to be a successful leader / business. It brings a team together in problem solving and decision making in order to make it successful. Don’t be against each other work with people and be stronger.
#OUB329 Wk8 Reiterated ‘before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes’. It’s so easy to judge people on how they feel when you don’t feel the same way. It is important as a leader to #thinkoutsidethebox and understand #diversity
