Illinois Basketball Fact: When Lawrenceville played Flanagan in the 1983 Class A State Championship Game, it was the 1st time in 76 years of the IHSA State Tournament that 2 undefeated teams played each other for the state title. Final score - Lawrenceville 44 Flanagan 39.
