@TeamYouTube @YouTube I bought 3 month individual plan for 399INR nd thn i upgraded my plan to family plan by paying 149/mnt bt aftr buying ths my yt premium account is gone and after that i again paid 129/mnt to get my yt premium back. now I can't see above2 plans that i bought.

@TeamYouTube I alried tried getting support from above link. It wasn't helpful. That's the reason i came to twitter. I was not able to get refund because now my account doesn't even show this 300INR purchase that i made for 3 months subscription.

@TeamYouTube My payment was already processed. I can't see my other 2 plans that i bought in my account. It shows only one. I bought premium 3 times
1. first individual for 300INR
2. Family plan for 149
3. YT PREMIUM again for 129/month (this is the one that my account is showing)

and now I can't even raise the request for refund as it doesn't show in my active plans. It's just gone from my account. That's really a big disappointment!

@eyewearlabs customer support is really bad. I ordered black hawk but received wilcon sunglasses.
Order is picked up for replacement but i am not gettimg any response over email from your team regarding dispatch of my sunglasses.
I called so many times as well.
