@zachvampz16 Nevermind apparently Christine Thompson confirmed Tom is gay since he’s based on Terry McGurrin. I must’ve missed those comments back in the day
@zachvampz16 According to Christine Thompson (former producer) around RR, unless a character’s sexuality is stated on screen, Fresh TV didn’t assign one. That means Bowie, Raj, and Tyler are the only ones with set sexualities. Tom does feel weird since he’s based on Tom McGillis though
@RekkaMachine@gwooey If we're talking about other shows, the UAE version included characters from another show, Freej. There's actually a lot of directly (returning characters) & indirectly related series (such as the Neptoon skull appearing to be the symbol for a clothing brand in various universes)
@zachvampz16 According to Christine Thompson around the time of RR, unless a character outright said their sexuality on screen they didn’t assign them one and are open to interpretations. I always see of him as bi, but he’s not canonically straight or bi because he’s canonically ambiguous
@TheCartoonn@fuckyoulmao69@ujivoice (2/2) the guy thought it was a genuine offer, dragged him into the room, then realized it wasn’t a genuine offer and hooked up with Cherri instead (since it’s the same guy she goes in there with). Not sure what their point was about it being Hell though, I agree with you on that.
@TheCartoonn@fuckyoulmao69@ujivoice Also a rape survivor, and I also don’t think that he was. The context of the scene was that he OFFERED sex to everyone, someone dragged him into the room, then a few seconds, maybe a minute, later he was rejoining the rest of the cast fully clothed and fine. If anything (1/2)
@RobotNinjaFairy @DailyStolitzHB People in at least in the Pride ring are aware that animal/creature based angels exist seeing as the C.H.E.R.U.B. team was running their ad there. Also Charlie’s pop up book shows multiple types of angels. I would guess not all angels being humanoid is common knowledge for demons
@dramautism Well Harold, Lightning, Scary Girl, and Stephanie are my least favorite from each row so I guess those four (though Stephanie is the only one I actually dislike of those)
@USABallMURRICA @StoryofDrmatale @irissealy227 Total Drama follows a linear timeline not a floating one. Dave would be 29 in the first part of the reboot and 30 in the second
@RekkaMachine @damiwaynerr It’s the same number (8) but it’s missing the A on the front. Maybe an old jersey Raj brought as a backup in case something happened to his
@VoxelPrismatic@WhereTrueLoveIs Straight people aren’t all homophobic or transphobic. There’s also bisexuals, pansexuals, etc. who can have kids or the option of a sperm donor or surrogacy. Even the “couple” part isn’t always accurate. Someone could get pregnant from a hookup even if they’re not a couple
@dude_calmdown@Kuzcofan The thing is, that’s if a judge ruled against them protecting their IP. They do have plenty of instances (YouTube channels, Total Drama Reunion, etc) of protecting their IP, and if they claimed ignorance of the CD up til then, there’s a good chance it could rule in their favor
@Kuzcofan@dude_calmdown (2/2) meant suing. In that case you are right. It would be all or nothing. I just thought you mean coming at them at all. Because Fresh would still be in their rights to make them take it down.
@Kuzcofan@dude_calmdown Did I ever say they had to sue them? No I said it’s being made illegally and not supporting the creators both of which are true. The debate was never over if Fresh was suing them, it was over you claiming piracy wasn’t illegal. Which it is.
I misunderstood that you(1/2)
@Kuzcofan@dude_calmdown (2/2) whoever they want if their IP is being profited off of. Stop talking out your ass, it literally takes five seconds to see piracy is still illegal:
@Kuzcofan@dude_calmdown By that flawed very inaccurate definition Fresh TV should’ve already lost the rights for pulling some illegal uploads of TD on YouTube but not others. Like what your saying makes no sense. They have the right to pull and allow whatever content they want and come after (1/2)
@Kuzcofan@dude_calmdown I asked a question. Because you’re understanding of the law is very minimal clearly. If you as an individual pirate, Fresh TV would be within their legal rights to come after you for if they chose. Just because they don’t chose to pursue your crimes doesn’t make them not crimes.
