And as governor I will bring common sense reform:
- No mail-in ballots after Election Day
- Mail-in ballots by request only
- Pre-count ballots as they come in
- Voter ID

California is still counting millions of ballots, with Los Angeles County reporting another 81,000 votes processed since election night and nearly 688,000 still to go, as recent mail-in ballots have favored Democrats and tightened several key races.

Statewide, about 3.6 million ballots remain to be counted as officials continue verifying signatures and processing ballots postmarked by Election Day, @MattFinnFNC reports.
