Nobody finished the @BarkleyMarathon (worldβs toughest ultramarathon!) at the weekend but 51 year old Brit Nicky Spinks who is a breast cancer survivor was the last woman standing alongside Canadian Stephanie Case. Big up @NickySpinks π total inspiration! @inov_8
