🚨 उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित संयुक्त राज्य कृषि सेवा परीक्षा 2024 के प्रारंभिक परिणामों में गंभीर विसंगतियां! 🚨

1️⃣ आरक्षित वर्ग के कई उम्मीदवारों ने अनारक्षित श्रेणी के कट-ऑफ से अधिक अंक प्राप्त किए, फिर भी उन्हें अपनी आरक्षित श्रेणी में रखा गया, जो नियमों का उल्लंघन है।

2️⃣ कई योग्य उम्मीदवार प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में असफल हो गए, जो उनके लिए अन्यायपूर्ण है।

3️⃣ आयोग ने सुधारित उत्तर कुंजी जारी नहीं की, जिससे मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया की पारदर्शिता पर सवाल उठता है।

4️⃣ सुप्रीम कोर्ट के अनुसार, आरक्षित वर्ग का उम्मीदवार अनारक्षित सीट पर तब तक नियुक्त नहीं हो सकता जब उसने कोई विशेष रियायत न ली हो। फिर भी, कई उम्मीदवारों को अनारक्षित श्रेणी में स्थान नहीं मिला, जो न्यायालय के निर्देशों का उल्लंघन है।

यह स्थिति चिंताजनक है। प्रभावित उम्मीदवारों को मुख्य परीक्षा में शामिल होने का मौका नहीं मिलेगा। ये उनकी मेहनत का अपमान है।

@yadavakhilesh 1. UPPSC द्वारा आयोजित संयुक्त राज्य कृषि सेवा परीक्षा 2024 के घोषित प्रारंभिक परीक्षा परिणामों में यह देखा गया कि OBC, SC, ST और EWS वर्ग के कई उम्मीदवार, जिन्होंने अनारक्षित श्रेणी के कटऑफ से अधिक अंक प्राप्त किए, उन्हें भी उनकी मूल आरक्षित श्रेणी में ही स्थान दिया गया।

@yadavakhilesh 2. भले ही उनके अंक वहां के लिए योग्य हों। इससे कई उम्मीदवारों के बीच निराशा और असंतोष की स्थिति बनी है, क्योंकि वे मानते हैं कि उन्हें अनारक्षित श्रेणी में शामिल किया जाना चाहिए था।

भाजपा जब संविधान को ख़त्म नहीं कर पा रही है तो आरक्षण के हक़ को मारने के अलग-अलग तरीक़े निकाल रही है। भाजपा सरकार आरक्षण के मुद्दे पर जो हीलाहवाली कर रही है, उसको 90% जनसंख्यावाला PDA समाज अच्छी तरह समझ रहा है।

अगर यूपी पीएससी ने आरक्षित वर्ग की चयन प्रक्रिया में बदलाव के फ़ैसले को समय रहते वापस नहीं लिया तो इस फ़ैसले को ऊपरी अदालतों में चुनौती दी जाएगी।

भाजपा का आरक्षण विरोधी चेहरा एक बार फिर बेनक़ाब हो गया है।
