@Mr_Husky1 My lovely doggo failed his first assessment. He ate a first aid kit while I was dealing with an incident.
He was adorable and gentle, but he was not bright.
I miss him lots.
@DeputyGrocott Key deciding factor is if she likes to use Libby or Borrowbox on her Kindle. Kindle Fire typically cheaper and supports borrowing digital and audio books rather than buying them. You can usually trade in the old Kindle too for a £5.00 or so.
@JoshPhillipsPhD Do none of your student use tech for accessibility? Visual impairment, dyslexia etc? Love the tech free environment, but can it actually be 100%?
@waterstonebooks I just thought 'I loved Ender's game but he must be mistake that it was published 40 years ago'. Loved the book, now very sad that 1985 was indeed 40 years ago :-0
What insight and quality.

@ALibraryscience@WorldBookDayUK So much better than hundreds of vouchers scattered around school and visiting empty displays in supermarkets to be disappointed.
Students are really enjoying Blitzers by Alastair Chisholm - they love the gaming theme. Great portrayal of positive AND toxic masculinity - White Trainer Guy, I am looking at you!
