This outdoor first aid course introduces a systematic way of first aid for managing casualties, topic learning and practicals, intermixed with scenarios of real life situations.

Well, I did it! Abseil completed in 2 min 30 secs 💪✌️😀 it was so good I would actually do it again!! It was all down to @belfast_AC who made me feel safe and at ease and I loved every minute 😀 thank you so much to them @LAL_NI & everyone who donated it is so appreciated 🙏😀

We are having an absolutely fantastic time at the @Rcitybelfast Summer Camp. The atmosphere and energy is great with 103 young people plus volunteers and staff all staying at @sheepislandview Hostel.

Sky Camp with The North Belfast Area Project has been so much fun. Based at our residential centre in Newcastle, Ardaluin House, we had a very active week. ​

Taking advantage of the great weather, we explored new waters and thrived in the outdoors.
