Saw a tweet today where a kid announced she was entering the TRANSFER PORTAL immediately after her team lost in Regionals TODAY.

How is a team supposed to win a Regional when some kids are already halfway out the door before the season’s even over?

How do we fix this so teams aren’t competing in post season with distractions in the dugout from kids who don’t even want to be there?
