DTDC is one of the worst courier experiences I have faced.

They marked my parcel as delivered, but in reality, it was not delivered.
-No proper proof.
-No accountability.
-Poor staff handling.
-Poor customer support.
-Generic ticket replies.

This is risky for anyone sending important documents or high-value parcels.

My clear advice: avoid DTDC completely for anything important.
