My concern is I'm a 55 years old Desktop Support Engineer who now has to rely on driving for Uber Eats and Doordash. The current software corporate HR departments 's use doesn't allow applicants over 40 a chance. There's not much checks and balances for age discrimination. I feel cornered. If I knew "the plan for the peasants", I may feel more at ease.
