Tanvir Alam shared a striking talk on NHS workforce challenges and opportunities. Strong data on the 10-Year Plan and IMG pressures set the scene, but Sujorita’s story stood out. Her FOI to the GMC exposed key issues, including 79% unemployment and rising PLAB doctors.
