Has anyone else had a horrible experience with switching to @TMobile fiber? I switched not even a month ago and I have had 5 or 6 techs come out and the optical line goes out for hours at a time almost every single day. Idk what to do to get them to fix it.

Really disappointed with @Apple for making the “extreme/rugged/sports” watch that fails after one 3ft drop on the floor in my house. Even the “titanium” bezel got dented. Never had this issue with my Gen 1 Ultra. Not paying $550 for service either. #dontmakethemliketheyusedto

@BestBuy has me so frustrated about my dishwasher and clothes dryer delivery. They have no call/no showed two times. CS said items were damaged during delivery, but no one ever bothered to notify me. I guess they were just going to forget about them if I hadn’t contacted them.
