Our last scholarship to recognize is the William H. Lohr Scholarship Award. This award is given annually to a student who shows outstanding potential in the field of elementary education. Congrats Lauren Harrison!

The Paul Jones Scholarship was created in honor of "Mr. Sports" who earned this name with over 40 yrs of coaching influence in Beaver. It is given annually to the tennis player who shows commitment to team & sport, dedication to practice & service to the community. Congrats Cindy

The Dr. Robert C Jones scholarship was established by the family of Joseph A and Ruth M Rieser, and is given annually to the students who exhibited consistent, exemplary effort and service to the music program. Congrats to Asia Frantz & Nicholas Palombo!

The Frank Trill Outdoorsman Scholarship is given out annually to a graduating student who plans to enroll in a post-high school course of study with the goal of attaining a certificate or degree in the environmental, forestry or horticultural sciences! Congrats Asia Frantz!

The next scholarship from the Frank Trill Outdoorsman Fund is the Veterinary Science Scholarship & is awarded to a graduating student who plans to enroll in a post-high school course of study to obtain a certificate or degree in the veterinary sciences. Congrats Morgan Thompson!

The Frank Trill Military Enlistment Scholarship was created in memory of Mr. Frank Trill who served in the Army during WWII. This year’s award recipient is Cody Wilson, who has enlisted in the US Marine Corps & was sworn in as an official recruit today! Thank you Cody & Congrats!

The Eric & Jamie McIntosh Family scholarship was founded in 2018 to recognize students that have incredible potential & who demonstrate leadership, resilience & compassion. This year’s recipient clearly personifies the qualities & spirit of the scholarship. Congrats Lexi Russell

The Kay Lewis Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the memory of 1947 BHS graduate, Kay Lewis who passed away in his senior year of college & is given to a senior who exemplifies the Kay Lewis attributes of courage, leadership and sportsmanship. Congrats Allison Teagle!

The Beulah V. Cook Memorial Scholarship Award honors the legacy and memory of former BHS Guidance Counselor & English Teacher, Beulah Cook. This award is given annually to a graduating senior who will be pursuing a career in secondary education. Congrats Elizabeth DelSignore!

The Carlee Houghtelin Memorial Scholarship was created to honor the spirit and legacy of a wonderful friend to all who knew her, Carlee Houghtelin. This award is given for traits of being a true friend who see others for who they truly are on the inside. Congrats Sarah Gido!

The Jeff Murrin Memorial Scholarship is given in recognition of high academic achievement & outstanding potential in one of the following fields: marine biology/fisheries, religious studies, or a medically related field to assist those with disabilities. Congrats Cole Arbutina!

The Jack & Betty Gloekler Memorial Scholarship award was created to honor the passion that Jack had for computers. It is given in recognition of high academic achievement & outstanding potential in the field of Computer Science & Information Technology. Congrats John Hall!
