I have 5 more flights booked on WS with my dog in cabin. I need to know if it’s going to depend “who I get at check in” to determine if I can fly. Told it’s taking 30 days to respond to your guests. Can you do better Westjet? Please connect to address.

@WestJet @AHoensbroech You must do better. How can you say it depends “which agent I get at checkin” to determine if my pet can fly in cabin. 9 flights already with WS, 2 agents check in my dog, then Tami chases me down to say she cannot fly due to upcoming policy changes??
