Still nothing from the company despite emails, tweets, and their website form being filled in.
Trading standards are getting a call tomorrow.

2 more phone calls today threatening action against me for not submitting gas meter readings.
It's all being logged ready for court.

This has been going on a long time now.
A person calls me from the complaints dept to offer me £100, the next calls me saying they will send a engineer round to make sure the meter has been removed.
You idiots removed it & have notes on your system confirming
Then I've had an email saying OVO Energy have changed my tariff.
Why the bloody hell has that been done and why am I now paying more ?
Finally, the case handler seems to think that's absolutely fine and has closed the case.

Threatening legal action action for not sending in a picture of my gas meter when I haven't had gas in my house since January 6th 2025 and they removed the meter!
I've tried to resolve it twice, but offshore call centre won't listen.

@OVOEnergy You can call me, but unfortunately according to your offshore call centre, you don't have a UK office anymore which I don't believe either as the complaints handler in Jan was based in Scotland

I need to send photos of a gas meter that you removed and disposed of or legally action will be taken.

Direct debit has been cancelled so until it goes to court, my electricity will not be paid for. Happy to pay for the electricity that has been used.
@OVOEnergy Not really. I've made this complaint in January and it's been resolved once. Now you have started again. Employees "escalating" a call then returning as someone else is very poor.
