هناك نملة مجتهدة تتجه صباح كل يوم إلى عملها بنشاط وهمة وسعادة وتنجز.
ولما رآها الأسد تعمل بكفاءة متناهية دون إشراف
قال لنفسه:
"إذا كانت النملة تعمل بكل هذه الطاقة دون أن يشرف عليها أحد فكيف سيكون إنتاجها لو عينت مشرفاً؟"
وهكذا قام الأسد بتوظيف الصرصار كمشرف عام على أداء النملة ً
فكانت أول قرارت الصرصار كالتالي:
١. وضع نظام للح��ور والانصراف
٢. توظيف سكرتيرة لكتابة التقارير
٣. تعيين العنكبوت لإدارة الإرشيف ومراقبة المكالمات
إبتهج الأسد بتقارير الصرصار وطلب منه تطوير هذه التقارير بإدراج :
أ. رسوم بيانية
ب. تحليل المعطيات لعرضها في إجتماع مجلس الإدارة القادم
فاشترى الصرصار كمبيوتر
وقام بتعيين الذبابة مسؤولة عن قسم نظم المعلومات.
كرهت النملة المجتهدة كثرة الجوانب الإدارية في النظام الجديد..والاجتماعات التي كانت تضيع الوقت والمجهود...
وعندما شعر الأسد بوجود مشكلة في الأداء قرر:
١. تغيير آلية العمل
٢. تعيين الجرادة لخبرتها في التطوير الإداري
فكانت أول قرارات الجرادة:
١. شراء أثاث
٢. شراء سجاد لراحة الموظفين
٣. تعيين مساعد شخصي لمساعدتها في وضع الإستراتيجيات التطويرية وإعداد الميزانية.
وبعد أن راجع الأسد تكلفة التشغيل وجد أنه من الضروري تقليص النفقات ... وتحقيقاً لهذا الهدف عيّن البومة مستشاراً مالياً
وبعد أن درست البومة الوضع لمدة 3 أشهر رفعت تقريرها إلى الأسد توصلت فيه إلى أن القسم يعاني من تكدس العمالة الزائدة،
فقرر الأسد فصل النمله! 😂

"When alumni return with their children, a school becomes a legacy." - unknown.

If you wonder what makes KAA "a legacy" it is the return of the alumni to entrust this same school that raised them to now educate their own children. It signals a deep confidence in the institution’s values, culture, and longevity.

Lilia's mother, aunts and uncles all graduated from KAA (ISA). Her grandmother taught at the school for 20 years. Her mother wanted Lilia to have the same positive experience she did. And she has. Lilia has made friends like family, will graduate with honors and earned a full scholarship to college.

This is the norm at KAA. Where students walk the same halls (metaphorically) as their parents before them.

This is the mark of a successful school. And this is what 40 years has created.

Dismantling it is dismantling a legacy.

Aristotle once said: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit." Such is the case for our KAA students, who, over 40 years, demonstrated exceptional ranks while maintaining high morals and ethics in competition after competition.

Here is 11th grader Zaina, who took First Place Overall Student (first place out of 800 students), AND also helping take her volleyball team to win FIRST place, WHILE ALSO being named MVP, taking 3rd overall in the humanitarian project, taking top 5 in the scrapbook competition, 2nd place in extemporaneous speaking and 3rd in the quizbowl all in the interscholastic tournament this past weekend (with over 70 schools competiting). This is what KAA is about. Save the School. Nothing can replicate this for years to come. @MOFKSA

What does it say about your school when you take a big win OVERALL at an interscholastic tournament (800 plus students competing and 70 plus high schools!!) and then cheer, "We Are Family! King Abdullah Academy!!" It is further proof of not just the success of the school and its strong ability to compete and win in major competitions and the wonderful nature of the school spirit. Congrats to the KAA Mist team for taking home a big win. Also, taking first place overall in Volleyball, Flag Football, and Soccer. THIS is what a successful school looks like!!
