Regarding Citi Bank so here’s an interesting story! I get a letter from the fraud department saying that there is suspicious activity. So I called them. I wait 30 minutes they go through a routine of checking everything including my hat size and other things and then I’m told oh that’s Fraud you’re gonna have to call back later they’re closed. This is happened to me dozens of times and I’m really getting sick of it. @ka85272
