Teaching is not about delivering lectures, it's about creating experiences!
I believe students learn best when they learn by doing. Every class is designed to feel less like a classroom and more like a real business environment, where students solve authentic challenges, work in teams, engage with industry, leverage AI, and transform ideas into practical solutions.
My goal has always been simple: to graduate professionals who don't just know the theory, but are ready to lead, innovate, and make an impact from day one.

خاصه لطلاب MBA وال DBA فمشاريعهم وأبحاثهم كلها مرتبطه بحل مشكلات مباشره في شركاتهم او مؤسساتهم حتى في تبني النشاطات الاكاديميه لابد يكون هنا أثر وربطه كما ذكرت بالمجتمع والتوجه الوطني اقتصاديا وثقافيا وعلميا …

جميل إشارتك لتخصصها وتنوعه لان لاحظت قيادات أكاديميه -خاصه -لدينا ف الشرق الأوسط تشدد على ان يكون كل المراحل الدراسيه بنفس التخصص مع العلم جامعات عريقه منها هارفاد وغيرها تخصصاتهم في البكالريوس تختلف عن الدكتوراه.

مازال هنا في ماليزيا واتحدث هنا عن الجامعه التي اعمل بها جامعة UTM لم اجد نفسي في أي مناقشه PhD سواء ممتحن او رئيس لجنه تقل عن ٢ إلى ٤ ساعات وحسب جودة العمل وايضاً مدى تتدقيق الممتحن! لكن حقيقه يجب ان يكون هناك مرونه خاصه إذا ماكانت الرساله غطت المستوى المطلوب لنيل الدرجه ! هناك ممتحنين متشددين وبدل ان يعطي ملاحظات ( سواء minor or major )يتم إصلاحها يتم اعتبارها اعادة مناقشه او بعضهم لايجيز وهنا يحدث ظلم للطالب وايضاً اجحاف في حق المشرف
أنسنة التعليم مهمه بدون ماذكرت ان يكون مجامله على حساب التحصيل العلمي !
يجب ان يكون الغرض هو تحسين مستوى البحث بروح ونفس تشجع الطالب على مواصلة حتى التعديلات!

When a nation has a clear vision, that vision does not just guide, it pulls achievement forward.
World-class university rankings are not a luxury, they are a signal of a strong, high quality education system. They reflect the ability of institutions to contribute to innovation, national development, and global competitiveness.
Saudi Arabia today demonstrates a clear vision supported by well established strategies across sectors, particularly in education.
From my PhD research on strategies for building world-class universities, and my recent work on strategic pathways to world-class universities, I emphasize that success in this domain depends on the alignment of talent, governance, and resources, strengthened by effective national strategic planning and national leadership.
What we are witnessing is not just progress in numbers, but a transformation in quality and direction.
