I joined Custom One as Head of Growth.
I'll share what happens when you replace the generic funnel with a personalized video for every lead.
Data, CRM, nurturing, acquisition, AI agents, and the mistakes in between.

Hermes Agent is open for business.
Nous Portal now lets you invite colleagues to a Hermes Business account: your team gets agents across channels while sharing one central balance with per-member caps and shared skills that compound into proprietary IP.
Hermes Enterprise brings the same capabilities to on-prem or the cloud of your choice: a complete, self-improving, sovereign AI stack already trusted by some of the world's largest companies. Contact us to join them.

I gave Codex 75 scraped posts, 17 of my own, weekly context, brand rules, tone calibration and the humanizer.
Produced only 8 drafts.
Codex QA blocked all 8: copied framing, unsupported facts...
Use Claude to write it's better
Custom One builds personalized video funnels from a quiz or form.
Our AI drafts the script and flow, but the customer must film it.
That action is why the first target is crypto and trading infopreneurs who already film daily.
When there's an easy way and a hard way, I pick the hard one.
I once spent half a day building a scraper to find websites for 600 companies, something Apollo does in five minutes.
Now I ask one question before I start: does a simple version of this already exist.
June ended with zero clients on my own offer. July was quiet.
I kept posting with nothing coming back, taking coffees that led nowhere, sending follow-ups into silence.
Last month three projects landed at the same time.
Keep posting, keep working.
Actions >>> thinking
This year I played rugby with good players across Asia, including a tournament in Bangkok against Singapore, Laos and Thailand.
I never thought I'd be part of that when I landed in Hong Kong.
You never know what to expect until you move.
Eleven months in Hong Kong I worked from a couch, a bed, coffee shops. No desk.
Then I got one.
First thing I put on it wasn't a monitor. A paper notebook and a pen.
I build automations and AI systems all day. Still write my to-do list by hand.
At Custom One, churn is the subject.
Data, CRM, and nurturing come second. Everything else waits.
Even the more interesting stuff.
That's the actual discipline of the mandate, not a slogan.
I've contacted our few churned to understand why they left.
TO UNDERSTAND!!
I'm contacting former customers before I decide why they left.
It's tempting to write the explanation first. That would still be a guess.
What question would you ask them first?
A signup is not enough for me to define activation.
I am still working through where it starts: finishing registration, or publishing a first funnel while still in trial.
The answer changes the follow-up email.
Where would you draw that line?
I want the new-user path to be clear before we add traffic
Right now I am still mapping the data each new user needs and the emails they should receive.
More acquisition can wait.
What do you think? Structuring or acquisition first?

OpenAI says Legora's Agent (AI for lawyers), powered by GPT-6 Astra, found 4 planted errors and logged every check so a lawyer could verify the work.
The operator lesson is clear.
Let the agent compare everything.
Keep final judgment with the human.
I've been testing @NanoCorpHQ - crazy what you can do with 1 prompt and a few credits.
Ready Video turns photos a luxury property already has into a cinematic 30-second film for reels.

Building an agents army sounds like a model problem.
It isn't.
The hard part is deciding what each agent is allowed to know, do, and hand off.
Otherwise you don't have a team of agents.
You have a room full of interns clicking buttons.
