What horror, once again, as this senseless carnage continues against innocent people. And the fact that this scourge of unbridled gun violence is so close to people we love makes the horror and helplessness of what to do, how to stop it, even more real. Is there no safe place in America? What we do know is that we have no idea where or when it will happen next. It’s like a ‘crap-shoot’ waiting for the next one and doing NOTHING to stop it. F**k the 2nd Amendment! Yours and my Right to Life take precedent over the right to own a weapon that arbitrarily kills innocent people.

One thing we must do is build a nationwide movement and go after the NRA and our ‘gun-happy’ politicians to force them to pass laws that make background checks more stringent, as well as laws that make the acquisition and the terms of ownership of the weapons of war—the AR15, these instruments of death—impossible to come by.

Meanwhile, my heart goes out to the victims and their families as they—and we—try to make sense out of yet another ‘tragedy’—which is not just a tragedy; it��s an infectious epidemic. These shootings are premeditated murder ... waiting, waiting, waiting to happen one more time at a time and place yet-to-be-determined. Stop them and the monsters who pull the triggers. Tears and praying for the dead (or for it all to stop) is no answer!

@McDonalds Why did you change the Free Philadelphia Phillies item from the Crispy Chicken Sandwich to the 6 Piece Mcnuggets? Horrible decision. The main reason I go to McDonald's is when the @Phillies win for the Chicken sandwich.I spend over $10 on other items. Don't like Mcnuggets.

@DrJStuff Those were the days. I actually met Darryl Dawkins at a Big & Tall clothing store in Philadelphia where my Father shopped. I was around 8 years old and Darryl looked like a giant standing next to me.

@Leesas_Classics @joanjett Suzi was an early influence on Joan but so were T Rex & Bowie & others. Joan always had her own unique style. I'm sure Joan's interview for Suzi Quarto's documentary was much longer. You act like Joan edited the film. Suzi never made it big in the United States like Joan did.
