The British Transport Police have charged a well-known MAGA influencer and PR expert Melissa Rein Lively with assault after an alleged racist incident at Bond Street Underground station in London last October.
Rein Lively runs an “anti-woke” PR firm. Ostermann is the associate director of Aequita, a private equity firm based in Munich with offices in South Carolina and Tokyo.
The first hearing is scheduled to take place at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 19 May.
Soon afterwards, British Transport released a picture of the couple alleged to be behind the assault, and say that Rein Lively and Ostermann have now been charged.
