🔨 New roof coverings, re-rendered walls, new windows + doors

🛠️ A great WIP shot from our ongoing project for Kids Inc at Buckhurst Hill! With the scaffold starting to come down, the newly rendered façade is finally being revealed — a key milestone as we move toward completion this September. Exciting progress ahead! 👷‍♂️✨

Just wrapped up a fresh round of works at B-Together in St John’s Wood – a space we originally refurbished back in 2020 👷‍♂️🛠️

✨ Reconfigured the toilets
🚽 Installation of new child-height WCs & basins
🚪 Created new structural openings
🖌️ Laid new flooring & fresh decorations

🚧 Progress is in full swing on our Office Refurbishment Project at 20-22 Shelton Street!

We’re undertaking Cat A+ refurbishments on all four floors. Thermal upgrade wall linings are flying in, and taping & jointing has just begun. Stay tuned for more updates! 🔧

As part of our refurbishment, we’re installing brand new HVAC systems in both the North + South wings, along with daylight-dimmable suspended linear fittings that beautifully highlight the herringbone bamboo flooring.

St Ermins Hotel courtyard restoration complete ✅

This includes lifting and relaying granite sets, repairing the failed sub-base with new waterproofing and soakaway installation, and finishing with Flowpoint pointing and fresh tarmac to the front driveway 👏

Chelsea Waterfront truly captivates the seamless blend of historic grandeur and contemporary innovation in architecture. BB Contracts’ estimating department carried out a site survey of the vacant retail unit this week at this recently completed development🤩

We’ve hit a key milestone on site, with the first fix of services now complete and all wall partitioning and framework fully installed. The space is now ready to receive second-fix services and internal finishes!
