You open one bad-news post… 20 minutes later, you’re deep in conspiracy threads, economic panic, and “BREAKING:” headlines from 2019.
That’s doomscrolling!
The internet profits from your anxiety, so learn to pause, verify, and log off sometimes.
Being informed is good. Being emotionally kidnapped by the timeline is not.

Make the 3-second rule a habit. Pause for 3 seconds before you like, share, or comment. In that pause, ask yourself 3 quick questions:
● Who made this and why?
● What's being left out?
● How would I feel if this was wrong?
The 3-second rule stops you from becoming a distributor of information you haven't thought about.
Before you trust any influencer and the information they share, ask yourself, "Where did this information come from?"
Schools should also teach students how misinformation is engineered and not just how to spot it.
Knowing the origin of information is key!

Before you share or post anything online, take a moment and ask yourself if what you actually want to share is factual and from a verified source.
The goal is to prioritise evidence over speed! Learn smarter, not faster.
Have a beautiful week!

CHINA and AI.
Primary school students are explicitly prohibited from using neural networks during lessons or while completing homework assignments. According to the document, only middle and high school students will be allowed to use AI to solve academic tasks, research the functioning of generative chatbots, and create their own models.
Sharing unverified information, graphic/sensitive contents can spread panic, mislead the public, interfere with security efforts, and expose you to legal risks.
Remember, freedom of expression comes with responsibility!
