So @USPSHelp sent a DM giving me a useless link of how to find missing package with a generic “we’re sorry…” But are you though? Rep asked for tracking no. then asked questions that he should see the answers to if he’s looking at tracking history. Useless. Incompetent. @usps
When I called @USPS & plugged in tracking number the automated system said issue has been resolved. NO @USPSHelp this issue is far from being resolved! #uspssucks
Mailed @USPS priority on 3/9 with eta 3/13. I check on 3/17 and last update was 3/15. @USPSHelp. I create a “ticket” & system said someone will be in touch within 1-3 days. I HEARD FROM NO ONE.
“Lost items our sent to our mail recovery center” @USPS@USPSHelp NO further instructions. Meanwhile, I have NO idea where the pkg is since I only have the front of the pkg sent back to me. Wow.
I called @USPS@USPSHelp & after holding the agent just told me to “file a claim” online which is another two weeks if anyone even replies back to me!! Meanwhile this pkg was expected two Mondays ago!
Today I get a piece of the @usps priority mail with a return to sender and a note “Occasionally contents become separated… our sincere apologies” @USPSHelp THAT’S IT?
I CANNOT BELIEVE THE RUN AROUND I AM GETTING FROM @USPS! @USPSHelp After TWO WEEKS that a package I sent was on limbo, had I not tracked, I would’ve not gotten an update!
