She was checked at the vets before taking out the policy and had a clear bill of health. She was born with it and first symptom was literally a few hours from the 15 day period.

Please relook at this as without surgery she will die within months.

@petprotect very rarely do this but struggling with your decision making. We insured our puppy & 14 days in and a few hours from the 15 day exclusion and she’s been diagnosed with a congenital liver condition without surgery she won’t last a year and you have refused treatment?
